Oversite specializes in owner’s representative and development consulting services from project inception to turnover. Our leadership team has been in the construction industry for over 45 years. Since 2014, our team has worked together as owner's representatives on projects totaling $350 million. Specialty areas include healthcare, education, corporate, and government projects.

PRESIDENT AND MANAGING PARTNER
Jim has more than 40 years of experience in real estate, project design, and construction. His portfolio of expertise includes multiple medical, education, general commercial, and residential developments. Jim prides himself on his longstanding reputation of integrity and exceptional client experiences. He is an active pillar of the Franklin, Tennessee community and currently sits on the boards of Williamson Medical Center and First Bank. He attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Paula has over 40 years of experience in management and business development for the AEC industry. She most recently served as Principal for Thrivence, LLC, a management consulting firm that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Barge Design Solutions. Prior to joining Thrivence, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. Paula is a graduate of various leadership programs, including Transit Citizen Leadership Academy, Leadership Middle Tennessee, Leadership Rutherford and Leadership Franklin. Since 2012, she has served as the Executive Director for Leadership Franklin. She is a member of the board of The Discovery Center and Nashville State Community College Foundation. She is a former board member and chair for Williamson, Inc. Paula attended Vanderbilt University, where she obtained a BS in Engineering Science.

PROJECT MANAGER
Will is a lifelong Williamson County native and has worked in and around the family construction business for over 10 years. He graduated from Samford University with a B.S. degree in Finance. After graduation, Will worked for Skanska USA. During his time at Skanska, he worked on the Cordell Hull State Office Building Restoration and the Fifth and Broadway Mixed Use Development. At Oversite, Will works directly with Jim Cross, and he is the primary contact of the Oversite Online Project Management system that is available for use by all project team members. Will oversees the design and construction process of a job throughout the entirety of the project.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
& BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mary Michael is Oversite's Director of Marketing and Business Development. She leads in maintaining client relations, internal and external marketing communications, fosters community involvement, and manages the creation and distribution of content on Oversite's website and social media platforms. You can often find her on job sites documenting project progress!
